Current Lesson Schedule: January - February 2026
Lessons take place at Linda’s home tea room in central Austin, and are mainly ryurei (立礼棚) conducted while seated at a special table and chairs, although sitting seiza (kneeling on tatami) is available. Lessons vary in length from 1 - 2 hours long depending on number of students and level of study.
One-time Lessons are for those who are curious about the practice but not ready to commit to long-term study. Options
